There is a story in everybody around us. As Humans of Harker Managing, my favorite part of this job has been finding those stories and bringing them to life through in-depth reporting, design, and photography. Whether it's profiling an athlete's dedication behind the scenes or sitting down with an alumnus doing amazing things after Harker, I really love that process of learning about others and turning that into something the whole community can connect with!

I joined the program as a sophomore and quickly fell in love with journalism, from planning to design and production. My goal is to help make our program even stronger by bringing more design cohesion, encouraging more collaborative learning during production and having better support for writers so every story reaches its potential. I'm really excited about where we can take Humans of Harker next year!

Thank you to Ms. Huang and Mr. Baxter for mentorship, to Ashley, Tiffany, Eva and Lily for their incredible leadership as EICs, and to the entire staff for making this such an amazing team to be part of. And thank you to Victor Gong, former Winged Post EIC, for being an amazing friend and mentor! Working alongside everyone has been one of the best parts of my high school experience, and I can't wait for what's ahead.
